02. Can I just purchase bare hardware?
Yes, 22dot6 provides a variety of hardware platforms to support everything from small desktop designes to some of the fastest high speed solutions to general "Bulk" storage to affordably provide a solution to deploy true digital libraries.

03. Can I just purchase software?
Yes. The 22dot6 family of storage software products are designe to run on any standard Intel/AMD based hardware.
Our suite of storage, replication and data management applications will provide affordable options to storing, managing and protecting your data locally or globally through a single, simple to use unified user interface.
05. Can I purchase an extended or on-site support agreement after my original purchase.
Yes, we offer extended, premium and on-site support agreements at any time during the initial time of the standard support warranty.
04. What types of hardware systems do you manufacture/provide.
We provide the following types of dedicated and hybrid solutions.
- HDD/Hard Disk designs for low power, green efficiency small to large scale permanent digital libraries.
- Max performance HDD/Hard Disk systems that will provide the fastest possible access to your data at the lower costs provided by a HDD based design.
- Hybrid SSD/HDD architectures with intelligent tiering capabilites to maximize efficiency utilizing the right resource for the right reason.
- SSD/NVMe Max performance designs supporting the latest options available in solid state offerings.
- FPGA dedicated hardware designs eliminating the traditional approach of using FPGA cards in a server. 22dot6 is releasing a dedicated SSD/FPGA direct to Ethernet/Infiniband/Fibre architechture that provides industry defining (TPS) Transactions per Second coupled with some of if not the lowest latency of any storage processing device in the market.
06. What are your hours/where are you located
Our office hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Pacific time.
Our standard support hours are 07:00 to 18:00 Pacific time. We offer 24x365 extended support hours based on an associated service agreement.
